(More customer reviews)I've been using centrum silver and decided to try this new women's formulation. Purchasing it in this quantity (200 tabs) is economical over what might be paid locally, - I won't keep running out every 2 mos, and the tablets are easy to swallow.
Nutrients include 800 mg. of vitamin D, 100% of vitamin B12 (good for vegetarians/vegans), and half the daily recommendated dose of calcium. If you should not have iron, this preparation is not for you.
