(More customer reviews)I really can't say anything good about this product at all. It is misrepresented both in the photo and the description, poorly designed, and poorly made. Even the free blindfold is ill fitting and of poor quality!
The bra/collar combo that the model is shown wearing in the product photo is not included, nor is it available anywhere else that I have found. The O-ring is not wrapped in leather as the description claims, but rather grey and white string. The O-ring is terribly small, which greatly limits the options of insertables and basically defeats the purpose of an open mouth gag. The nipple clamps are very, very weak and the only way to adjust them is to make them looser rather than tighter. On the product that I received, the nipple clamps do not line up properly and thus are rendered useless.
I ended up removing the gag from the product altogether and connecting the two nipple clamps together by the chain. They are still very ineffective nipple clamps (unless you have rather large, sensitive nipples), but have presented some photo opportunities this way.
There are much higher quality open mouth gags and nipple clamps available and I suggest looking into those.
