This product and all other Surgeons Skin Secret products are absolutely unbeatable compared to anything out there on the market and they are organic. I am a nurse and use this product to prevent erosion of my patients skin around their feeding tube site. You can imagine what hydochloric acid from your stomach feels like on already irritated skin. This product is also amazing for cracked heel relief ladies. My husband who is a truck driver and is exposed to harsh winter elements (cold, deisel fuel, road salt) steals my SSS (Surgeons Skin Secret) to protect his hands in the winter from cracking and bleeding. He has passed it out to so many co workers that are amazed and relieved by this product. Ladies... if the men love it maybe you should give it a try unless you like using blacksmith tools to take the callouses off your heels.
