(More customer reviews)I think this stuff works pretty good. I have PCOS so anything I can use to improve my supply is good. I think you really need to follow the directions to a "t" to get it to work properly though. I still don't make enough to sustain my child, but every little bits helps.

An alcohol free liquid concentrate in vegetarian capsules -- goat's rue is one of the most potent herbs known to increase breast milk, stimulating the development of mammary tissue. Helps adoptive mothers to successfully breastfeed, as well as women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), or women who have had breast reduction surgery. Also may be used to increase breast size in non-lactating women. May be used in the last month of pregnancy. This product does not contain any milk, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or gluten. Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule 4 times per day.
