The first time I used them they were on for an hour and when they finally got knocked off the pain lasted the rest of the night. WOW. Make sure you you are up to the challange it scared me off them for a while. I am finally back to useing them for 15-20 min at a time.

These larger tit suckers go over the nipple as well as part of the area that surrounds the nipple. .Black soft rubber. Can be squeezed to push the air out and then placed over the nipple. A nice suction draws and stretches the nipple up into the rubber tube bringing the blood into the nipples for a tingling sensation This also make the nipples much more sensitive after you take these off.
