There is a competing product called Motherlove's More Milk Plus (MMP). MMP works, but it tastes *horrible*. Only grapefruit juice can kill the taste, and it separates so fast you have to down it quick. Plus, MMP irritates my throat. Who needs a sore throat and an awful taste for months on end esp when you're trying to nurse a little baby? I talked to an herbalist who told me Fenugreek is the strongest galactagog. I am SO GLAD I found the Gaia Fenugreek Phyto-Caps!
