This item works great to give me fullness and it adheres by body heat. I'm not sure how these things are sized as it is supposed to be a large--I was worried it would be too big, but could be bigger. I thought I
only needed 1 cup size increase to match and I guess I could've gone larger. But overall, this product is good and works as specified and is comparable to others I've bought over the years.
