(More customer reviews)I love these more than the Lansinoh nursing pads. First of all, they have no plastic 'backing' nor those pesky adhesive strips that never work anyway. They are pure cotton on both sides. I rarely get engorged, so I actually use these to protect my sore nipples after a feeding or pumping session. I usually put lanolin on before placing a nursing pad on, but these are so soft I don't always need the lanolin. I like that there is no plastic or waterproof backing on these because my nipple area actually breathes better with these and I have had better healing using these nursing pads.
