(More customer reviews)I bought this iron because of the price and dual voltage for my trip to Europe. I have a CHI which I used daily for nearly 8 years. It worked for 2 days and worked well. On the third day it stopped working. I was very disappointed because I have very curly hair and with the humidity in Rome my hair was a disaster. Wished it worked at least for my entire trip. Would suggest getting a reliable straightner and trying it out for a week prior to taking a trip.
