First of all any woman with nipples bigger than an 8 year old boy will have trouble fitting into the cups. The so called "ticklers" take up 80% of the space. They are so packed in there, and so inflexible they are more like torturers than ticklers. Want the same sensation without spending bid bucks? Take 3 plastic combs side by side, now press the teeth on your nipple.
This is supposed to be a vacuum, not painful nipple clamps. You cant' really modify them or remove the inserts making up the ticklers, as the heat sealed them into the cup.
People say it wont stay on, this is partially to no real space for the nipple, and too narrow an opening( should be about 1 inch to 1 1/2 for most women) so there is no way to for it to get a good grip on the surrounding tissue of the breast.
The best part of this toy is the removable mini vibes.
They make nice little clit vibes that you can surprise your lady friends with by palming them.
No real stimulation, bad desing, no way anyone could use this to enlarge anything..
Over all.. WORTHLESS JUNK!
