When I opened the package, I found a couple of pieces, it actually appeared to be broken between the "Y splitter" pneumatic fitting and "pressure relief valve". The pieces would not fit and stay together without constant pressure and they would not create vapor seal, rendering the system inoperable.
I contacted Amazon CS, who were gracious enough to send out a free replacement for this non-returnable item. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived in the same condition. This leads me to believe that the unit is not broken by accident; it is defective in order to get it to fit into the very attractive box.
There are no instructions in the box, so it took me some time to figure out the above. The creative use of black tape and adhesive did allow me the opportunity to test this out on my beautiful assistant. In the absence of instructions, I discovered that in order to create a seal and begin the pump action, you must rapidly pump the unit until your feel resistance (like bleeding hydraulic brakes.
This product is so awkward, don't buy this device. It needs to be recalled and retooled.
Dear CA Exotics: What kind of glue should I use to hold this thing together? If you are going to ship them this way, please throw a tube in the box. There people out here got work to do!
