(More customer reviews)I have used other Chi flat irons, and this one does not compare in quality. It doesn't get as hot and it hasn't reduced the time I spend on straightening my hair, as promised. My shipment also came in a crunched box with no hairspray and the iron guard had leaked most of the product.
