I've had 3 kids and my breasts needed a little boost. I researched a lot before buying it and I'm glad I did. If you shop around you can get Zoft gum for about the same price as a pack of ordinary gum. That way if it doesn't work for you, you're not losing any money. I see a lot of people whining about the taste and consistency of Zoft. It's a medicine, people! It's not Trident! I found it much more pleasant than I expected it to be. If your delicate taste buds can't handle the herbs, pop a piece of your favorite gum with the Zoft. Problem solved. The directions say to chew 2-6 pieces a day. I decided to go with 3 pieces spaced throughout the day. The first day - nothing. The third day I felt slight twinges in my breasts. By the fourth day I knew it was working. My breasts felt like they do in early pregnancy. I have not noticed any side effects from the Zoft other than it acts as an appetite suppresant for me (Bonus!).
