After researching I read that you need to stick with it, and eliminate caffine to see results, and they were right! I am now six months in and have grown one and a half cup sizes!! Not to mention, very perky, (even after breastfeeding 2x)!!! To think I almost gave up on it. The other products recommend all kinds of other supplement product to buy, but not this one! I am still using it and getting results. You can feel your chest tingle when going through a new growth spurt. Normally for me once a month during my cycle. I'm glad I didn't give up!
