Well again with everyone's advice I bought the lanolin cream. Again, smelly and greasy - why does everyone just put up with that. I have enough going on without worrying about ruining my clothes and having to wash it off my hands. This company is the best. This cream is so so nice, no smell. It is like a nice eye cream consistency. One pump is one application and there are 60 in the little bottle. If I am not sore, I use one pump for both sides. It really helped. Also check out their pumps. They are a life changer.
