With other bottles that advertise to be "like breastfeeding" the nipples were very long and she would either choke or the milk would just flow so fast it ran out of her mouth and down her chin. A little hard to clean without a nipple brush, but well worth the price. A friend put these nipples on the "soothie" bottles and they fit around the neck, but the bottle caps squash the nipple down.
