(More customer reviews)I am a first time mom who has been pumping 5-7 times per day for the past 2 months. I ordered these custom breast shields because I hoped they would make pumping more comfortable but they did not make much of a difference. I also feel like the insert does not fit into the unit well and the suction is reduced as a result. I ended up also getting the Super Shields from Pumpin' Pal and they were much more comfortable and the unit maintained suction better with the Super Shield inserts.
