(More customer reviews)I think this is an amazing pump--the negative reviews surprise me. I guess pumps work differently for different people, and of course you can't return one if it doesn't work for you, but this one was awesome for me. I get 4 ounces in about 5 minutes with this thing--I run it at almost the highest level, and I don't find it uncomfortable. I seriously don't know why you would need to spend more on a fancier pump. I would highly recommend it. My only warning is to be careful not to lose the little purple valve--I accidentally dropped it down the sink the first time I "pumped and dumped." Fortunately, they include an extra.
